The McClellans

Dad suggested we post some pictures so I'll start. This is the whole gang (well, almost, Christine wasn't able to join us) enjoying Family Camp at Camp N-Sid-Sen on Lake Coeur d'Alene in Idaho. Back row Marilyn, Charles, Dani, Donel (of course), Martin, Ron Front row: James, Allie, Jeni, Nicole And of course the photo session wouldn't be complete without some goofing around: The cousins taking a break from filming their movie: Nicole - 7.5 James - 8.5 Allie 10.5 (those half years are important!) Welcome Home . . .

Doesn't your favorite chair feel wonderful? If it's a recliner -- even better! No matter how good the care and kind the staff . . . a hospital is is a tough place to recover -- home is the best, period!

Keep on walking!

Dear Donel, As I look at your happy family I can only think what a gift this time has been. Your loved ones have gathered around you, told you how much they love you, and supported you through your diagnosis, surgery, and now recovery.

God is good. All the time.

You will surely miss Dani, Charles, and James now that they are in Singapore. If you haven't already done so, run out and get a Washington Uni phone card. We call China on it for $.03 a minute or less. They are usually on sale at the stores that have phone card signs plastered all over the windows.

My blog is in process thanks to you and Martin. When I get a few more entries in it I will give you the address. I even have a link set up for the weather report in Beijing. (70 degrees yesterday).

Grow strong, giggle at least once an hour, and send vibes of compassion and wisdom to our friends in NYC this week.

Great picture but....Martin, someone stole your hair. (It looks good.)

On closer inspection....someone stole Ron's hair too. The rest of you better be careful....lucky for James he's made it out of the country.
