Two Shots a Day

The MRI indicated that the head was clear and confirmed the tumor in the kidney. Dr. Higano was waiting to know that there were no tumors in the head to begin blood thinning medication. She prescribed Lovenox an injectable drug to be administered twice a day. Since I am somewhat needle phobic, Marilyn was instructed in giving the injections and she has done very well at it.
